I had shopped insurance rates online and had purchased all of my policies online and was looking for someone who I could talk to in-person with any questions or if I needed a recommendation on coverage. I walked in without an appointment, he took the time to explain to me all of my options, pricing, and his personal recommendations for coverage. He helped me figure out which types of policies would best cover my interests, and which policies and extras weren’t necessary. By the time I left, I had all of my insurance policies switched over to State Farm, saving me over $150/month, simplifying my monthly payments, and giving me an opportunity to meet face-to-face for any future insurance needs. I would recommend to anyone looking to for the perfect combination of customer service and affordability!"

Mia fielded what seemed like 100 calls from my husband and every time he stated how incredibly helpful she was. It’s these situations that remind a person that supporting a local business and being able to call a “real person” will always pay off. I can’t imagine we would have had the same seamless outcome had we been on our own dealing with large insurance companies directly for this accident. We highly recommend the Matousek Team!"

"The representatives are very friendly and helpful. Pricing seems to be fair and since we have been with the company for over 30 years it doesn't make sense to move. Claims don't always go very smoothly, but in the end we feel we were treated fairly and have been happy with the outcomes."
